The UK's leading active lifestyle brand, Fat Face has acquired a new store in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.Advised by retained agent msbl, the fashion and lifestyle retailer has taken an assignment of a unit comprising of 1,790 sq ft (166.8 sq m) at ground and 1,490 sq ft (138.4 sq m) at first floor at 15 Crown Street, St Ives. The passing rent is £47,500 pax and the lease expires in June 2023.
